S.A.Y. Yes! Spring Break Outting
The kids are on spring break this week, so we wanted to have special events to reward their attendance and behavior all year. On Tuesday went to Hollywood Park, which has an arcade and rides.
On Wednesday, we had 2 local potters come show the kids how to throw clay. It was fun for the kids and adults! They got to pick 2 pieces of pottery to take home and give as a present to their parents/guardians. This is such a foreign thing for inner city kids, so it was great to have them experience it! Thanks Cathy and Jean!
We had a great time and I was able to share the Gospel with the kids. We even had some guests come so that was great, too.
