Eyes
Crochet! Chain 5, create magic loop (blue yarn)
Row 1: HDC 8 times in loop, slip stitch to join (blue)
Row 2 and 3: Use white yarn and *HDC in 1st stitch, 2HDC in 2nd stitch*, repeat all the way around.
Tie off yarn and make sure to tie off the blue yarn as well (I tied the end of the blue to the beginning of the white on the back...no one will see it!

Pom Pom:
Use left over white, blue, and black yarn. I wrapped them around 4 of my fingers until I got the thickness I want. Tie them in the middle very tight and leave long tails to attach to hat, then cut the ends so you don't have anymore loops and fluff the sting if it is too flat. You might also have to trim if they are too long. Use the tails to attach it to the top of the hat, double knot it on the inside so it doesn't move!
Voila!
whatcha makin' Brooke :) haha
