Protein Smoothie Recipes

I've gotten a lot of requests for my protein smoothie recipes... so here they are! My macros are based on EAS protein powder, which you can get at Target, Walmart, or probably even your local grocery store.  If you use something else, do your own math :)

I like the pudding mix because it makes the smoothies thicker, but it's completely optional. You can always substitute an extract for flavor and it saves you 25 calories and 6g of carbs!

Also, feel free to frozen fruit instead of ice if you want for the fruit smoothies, but that will typically add 15-25g of carbs per cup depending on the fruit you choose. I recommend berries as they are lower in sugar!

Sugar Cookie (Calories: 205 C15g/ P30g/ F5g)
2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp sugar-free, fat-free vanilla pudding mix
1tsp almond or butter extract
1 cup of ice

Vanilla Cheesecake Calories: 205 C15g/ P30g/ F5g)
2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp sugar-free, fat-free cheesecake pudding mix
1 cup of ice

Strawberry Cheesecake (Calories: 205 C15g/ P30g/ F5g)
2 Scoops Strawberry Protein Powder
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp sugar-free, fat-free cheesecake pudding mix
1 cup of ice

Snickers (Calories: 227 C15g/ P30g/ F5g)
2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp sugar-free, fat-free cheesecake pudding mix
1 tbsp PB2
1 tsp caramel extract
1 cup of ice

Thin Mint  (Calories: 205 C15g/ P30g/ F5g)
2 Scoops Chocolate Protein Powder
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp sugar-free, fat-free chocolate pudding mix
1 tsp mint extract
1 cup of ice

Butterfinger (Calories: 227 C15g/ P30g/ F5g)
2 Scoops Chocolate Protein Powder
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp sugar-free, fat-free butterscotch pudding mix
1 tbsp PB2
1 cup of ice

Lemon Cream Pie (Calories: 205 C15g/ P30g/ F5g)
2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp sugar-free, fat-free vanilla pudding mix
1 tsp lemon extract
1 cup of ice

Cinnabon (Calories: 205 C15g/ P30g/ F5g)
2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp sugar-free, fat-free vanilla pudding mix
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup of ice

Strawberry Coconut (Calories: 205 C15g/ P30g/ F5g)
2 Scoops Strawberry Protein Powder
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp sugar-free, fat-free banana cream pudding mix
1 tsp coconut extract
1 cup of ice

Cookies & Cream  (Calories: 235 C22g/ P30g/ F5g)
2 Scoops Chocolate Protein Powder
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp sugar-free, fat-free Oreo pudding mix
1 cup of ice

Strawberry Banana (Calories: 205 C18g/ P32g/ F5.5g)
2 Scoops Strawberry Protein Powder
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp sugar-free, fat-free banana cream pudding mix (or 1/2 banana*)
1 cup of ice (or frozen strawberries)
*add 40 calories, 10g C and .5g P for 1/2 banana

Pumpkin Spice (Calories: 205 C15g/ P30g/ F5g)
2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp sugar-free, fat-free vanilla pudding mix
1 tsp pumpkin pie extract
1 cup of ice
