Protein Buffalo Chicken Wrap Recipe

Another rainy day presents you with another macro-friendly recipe! I love finding new products that are yummy and fit my macros! Let me know if you guys have any game changers that I need to check out!

This one is SUPER simple! and 42 grams of protein! YES PLEASE!

Ingredients:

1 Joseph's Lavash wrap
3 oz grilled, shredded chicken
1/4 cup non-fat, plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Hot sauce to taste
Optional spices: garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, dried dill weed, salt & pepper
Lettuce, Tomato, Onions (or whatever veggies you want)

Mix chicken, Greek yogurt, vinegar and hot sauce together in a bowl. I'm a wimp, so I don't use that much hot sauce, but go as crazy as you want! YOLO!
Combine chicken and veggies in your wrap and enjoy :)

4g Fat
12 g Carbs (8 net carbs)
