Workout Wednesday: Hakuna Masquata...

......it means nice booty! ;)

Today's Workout Wednesday is all about dem glutes! Awwwww yes!

If you don't have resistance bands, go get you some! I got mine at TJ Maxx for like $6, but you can order some online like these

The Workout

1. Stiff leg kickback using resistance band (RB) or cable [3 Sets X 20 Reps]
2. 25 Jump squats*
3. Single bent leg kickback (straight up) using RB or cable [3 Sets X 20 Reps]
4. 25 sumo squats*
5. Butt bridges* [3 Sets X 20 Reps]
6. 25 body weight squats*
7. RB donkey kicks [3 Sets X 20 Reps]
8. 25 Jumping alternating lunges (right then left counts as 1 rep); take out jump for modification
9. RB band dirty dogs [3 Sets X 20 Reps]
11. Standing calf raises [3 Sets X 20 Reps]

*grab some extra weight with a dumbbell or medicine ball or throw on a RB for an extra challenge!
