Workout Wednesday

Happy Thanksgiving Eve y'all! I've decided to be more committed to my blog this year and will now be featuring weekly workouts for FREE every Wednesday! WOOHOO!

I'm excited to celebrate with friends tomorrow and am starting off the day with a Turkey Trot 5K. What about you?

Complete each circuit with 10 reps of each exercise for 3 rounds. Your weight selection should be moderate with the last 2 reps being difficult, but not impossible to complete.
Rest 2 minutes between rounds.

Round 1:
Squat to Bicep Curl
Lateral Step-up with knee raise or hop (complete right side then left side)
Overhead Shoulder Press

Round 2:
Seated Overhead Tricep Extension
Incline Chest Press
Upright Row

Round 3: 
Kettlebell Swing
Full Burpee
Palm to Elbows (Up and down counts as 1 rep)

Finish off with 20-30 minutes of cardio keeping your heart rate between 75% - 85% of your Max HR (220- your age)
