Workout Wednesday: Jump rope edition!

Todays workout is a HIIT routine using a jumprope and your own body weight! A great workout for traveling because you don’t need much to get a good calorie burn! If you don’t have a jumprope you can just pretend 😎

The workout:
1 min Jump rope
10 sec rest
20 sec exercise 
10 sec rest
20 sec exercise
10 sec rest 

Repeat 10 times 

Exercise options (but not limited to):
Push ups
Burpees (any and all variations)
Mountain climbers 
Knee highs
Alternating Jump lunges
Pop squats
Plank jacks 
Froggers
Speed skaters
Hop overs (use imaginary line)
Squat jacks
Seal jacks

The most important thing is to get your heart rate up so you’re uncomfortable but could give me a 3-5 word response to a question.
