Workout Wednesday: Tabata

If you haven't heard of Tabata workouts, you're in for a real treat! Basically it's a high intensity interval training...work smarter, not harder! Enjoy!

The Workout (20 minutes)

45 seconds on / 15 seconds rest (or 30 on/30 off if you're new to HIIT)
20 cycles 

Mix and match!
Jump rope 
Burpee (+BOSU and push-up at bottom)
Push-ups 
Tricep push-ups 
Plank hip dips
Plank jacks 
MB power jacks
MB jump squats
Bench hop-overs 
Bicep curl to overhead raise
Static Squat with steering wheels
High knees
Butt kicks
Toy soilders
Starfish jumping jacks
Mountain climbers
Running mans
Knee tucks
Speed skaters
Jump lunges
