Protein Waffle Recipe
Happy Sunday! I could seriously eat breakfast food every meal of every day the rest of my life and be perfectly content! 🥞🍳🍩 I have been playing around with recipes trying to find a healthier waffle and pancake mix and I think I've done it! This recipe is under 300 calories including syrup and has a whopping 35 grams of protein ! 😱 Ingredients : 1 Scoop (30 grams) of Quest Multi-purpose Baking Mix 1/2 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/3 cup Egg Beaters 1/4 cup pancake mix 1/3 cup w ater 1/4 cup sugar-free syrup Nutrition Facts : 299 calories/ 7 PP 1g fat 37g carbs 35g protein Let me know what y'all think!
